Lucy Walter's work over the last 25 years has been in the area's of Personal development, Sales and Health. Her passions are working with Women to help them achieve their goals in life and being a mother.

Gary Clements has operated successful business's for over 25 years, including being the Queensland Promoter for Robert Kiyosaki's cornerstone program Money and You. Gary was a regular trainer at Robert's business school for Entrepeneurs held in Hawaii each year. Along with Bali Dreaming, Gary owns a successful National Wholesaling company based in Melbourne.

Gary and Lucy have three children.

Together they created Bali Dreaming Pty Ltd as a fund raiser for Balinese Children. Their combined experience in Business enabled them to create a very successful Fashion Jewelry business even though they had no prior experience in this industry. Their ability to create systems and their knowledge in customer service and marketing has enabled them to create a system that works every time.
